Coolant battery lines drive coolant around battery cooling package to cool down the electric vehicle battery package within a stabilized temperature.
Coolant battery lines usually run from the front coolant radiators trough the lower floor back seat area, where the batteries are located. These lines are attached to vehicle structure and engine compartment by brackets.
Coolant battery lines are made of Aluminum and most of the joining is done using a Mig or Tig welding processes.
Tube sizes range from 3/8 dia (9.5mm) to 3/4 dia. ( 19mm). Many have brackets attached and some come with hoses, constant tension clamps, mounting grommets, bolts and gaskets.
